We use a blended learning model that includes virtual reality (VR), immersive simulations, online modules and instructor-led training, providing a realistic and engaging environment to build both technical proficiency and critical decision-making skills. Our fully equipped underground mock-up allows new operators to build confidence in a realistic yet controlled setting, easing the stress of confined-space work before they are deployed to site.
