From our founding in 2004 through the merger of Murray & Roberts RUC and The Cementation Company (Africa), we have steadily built a legacy as one of Africa’s most respected underground mining contractors. For over two decades, we operated as Murray & Roberts Cementation – earning our reputation by safely executing some of the most complex and demanding underground projects across the continent.
In 2025, we entered a bold new chapter as Cementation Africa following our acquisition by a consortium led by Differential Capital. While our name has changed, our commitment to technical excellence, quality, safety and partnerships remains unchanged.
